This Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy outlines how Ecometics LLC ("we," "us," or "our") delivers purchased corporate, tax, and intellectual property services to our clients. Because our services are intangible and digital in nature, all deliverables are processed and transmitted electronically.
1. Electronic Delivery of Services
All completed company formation certificates, IRS letters (such as Form CP 575 containing your EIN), Operating Agreements, reseller certificates, and bookkeeping ledgers are delivered in digital format (primarily PDF, Word, or Excel) via email. No physical goods or paper documentation will be sent to your shipping address unless a certified hard copy service is explicitly ordered by you.
Documents are delivered to the email address provided by you during your initial consultation or form submission. It is your responsibility to ensure that our emails are not blocked by spam filters.
2. Standard Processing and Delivery Timelines
While we execute filings immediately upon receipt of required information and payment, final delivery times are governed by state and federal government processing times. Below are our estimated service fulfillment periods:
A. Turnkey US Registration (LLC/C-Corp)
- Drafting and validation: 1 to 2 business days.
- State filing and registry publication: 2 to 5 business days (Delaware, Wyoming, Colorado) depending on whether expedited state service is requested. Colorado is typically approved in 2 business days, while Wyoming takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Fulfillment: Signed Articles of Organization and Operating Agreements are emailed to you as soon as state registries approve the charter.
B. Federal EIN (Tax ID Number)
- For US residents (with SSN/ITIN): 1 to 2 business days.
- For non-residents (without SSN/ITIN): 3 to 10 business days. This process is submitted via fax/mail directly to the IRS.
- Fulfillment: The official IRS confirmation letter (Form CP 575 or 147C) will be scanned and emailed to you immediately upon receipt.
C. Individual Tax ID (ITIN)
- Processing window: 4 to 6 weeks. The IRS processes ITIN applications manually, which can take up to 8 weeks during peak tax seasons.
- Fulfillment: The ITIN assignment letter is scanned and emailed to you as soon as the IRS issues the taxpayer identification number.
D. Trademark Search & Filing
- Descriptive Search & Matching: 7 business days.
- USPTO Filing: 2 business days after matching confirmation.
- Fulfillment: The USPTO filing receipt (containing your serial number) is emailed to you. Please note that trademark approval by examining attorneys takes 6 to 10 months.
E. Bookkeeping & CPA Onboarding
- Ledger/QuickBooks Setup: 2 to 3 business days after receiving transaction logs and bank access.
- Monthly Ledger Audits: Ledgers and Profit & Loss reports are delivered by the 10th day of the subsequent calendar month.
3. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Ecometics LLC is not liable for fulfillment delays arising from:
- Government shutdowns or IRS backlog;
- State registry maintenance or system failures;
- Client delays in providing passport scans, signature approvals, or payment confirmation.
