Please note that government, state, and registry fees (such as state charter fees, franchise taxes, USPTO class fees) are paid directly to government agencies. These agencies never refund filing fees once documents are filed. Consequently, Ecometics LLC cannot refund these fees under any circumstances once filing has occurred.
Trademark applications filed through the USPTO are subject to review by government examining attorneys. Ecometics LLC conducts descriptive searches prior to filing to reduce conflict risks. However, if the USPTO issues an Office Action or rejects a trademark registration due to descriptive conflicts, our filing service is still considered rendered. No refunds will be issued for USPTO decisions, but we will consult with you on potential amendments or appeals.
