Ecometics LLC acts as a corporate service provider. We facilitate company registration with state authorities, prepare federal tax forms (such as EIN and ITIN applications), match trademark classes for filing, and provide business consultancy. Ecometics LLC is not a law firm or a licensed bank, and our consultants do not provide legal advice, only administrative assistance under your explicit instructions.
To perform the services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including valid passport copies, contact addresses, and business descriptions. Ecometics LLC is not responsible for registration failures, delays, or IRS rejections caused by inaccurate or delayed information provided by you.
All prices for services are listed on our Services page and must be paid in full prior to processing. Fees are broken down into our service fee and state/federal filing fees (where applicable). Payment processing is secured via our integrated payment gateways (such as Stripe or Revolut).
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Generally, once state fees or filing fees are paid to government registries (such as the Secretary of State or IRS), those portions of the fees are completely non-refundable. Service fees are refundable only prior to document draft generation.
Service delivery timelines are estimated based on standard state and IRS processing speeds. We are not responsible for delays caused by state registry backlog, federal government shutdowns, or courier services. Final documents are delivered electronically to your email address, in accordance with our Fulfillment Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
In no event shall Ecometics LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our maximum liability for any service failure shall not exceed the service fee paid by you to Ecometics LLC.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
